Awful awful awful customer service. The owner acted like he had no interest in helping me. Then he told me it would only take a few weeks to make the bench I purchased. It was 3 MONTHS and, during that time, I called several times to check on the status, and he could never find the invoice and always had to call me back which he NEVER did. On top of all that, when we finally got the bench back, it had the WRONG date engraved on it (it was a gift for someone's anniversary). We will never be going back.
Great selection, especially considering other local stores inventory. Staff is friendly, and prices are high. However, all of the furniture is made of solid wood. No particle board or MDF here.
